Daily Wearing Tips

Remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming or hot tub use. Water, chlorine and hot steam may damage metal plating and gemstone settings.
Take off jewelry before applying perfume, body lotion, hair spray, cosmetics and sunscreen. Chemicals will cause tarnishing and discoloration.
Do not wear jewelry during exercise, sleeping or heavy manual work. Impacts, friction and sweat may scratch stones, bend bands or loosen gemstone prongs.
Keep jewelry away from household cleaning detergents, bleach and other chemical cleaning products.

How To Clean Your Jewelry

Gently wipe surface dirt and skin oil with the soft polishing cloth included in your package after every wear.
For light dirt buildup, you can use lukewarm soapy water and a very soft‑bristled toothbrush. Brush gently around gemstone settings.
Rinse thoroughly with clean cool water, and dry completely with a lint‑free soft cloth before storing.

Important: Do not use ultrasonic cleaners for gold‑plated jewelry and certain soft gemstones. Harsh ultrasonic cleaning may wear off plating or damage fragile stones.

Proper Storage

Store each piece separately inside a soft jewelry pouch or individual jewelry box. This prevents scratches caused by pieces rubbing against one another.
Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place. Avoid long‑term exposure to direct sunlight or high‑humidity environment.
For silver jewelry: anti‑tarnish cloth bags are recommended to slow down oxidation and tarnish.

Tarnish & Oxidation

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air, sweat and humidity, this is normal.

Light tarnish can be removed with our jewelry polishing cloth.
Heavy tarnish needs professional jewelry polishing service. Do not use harsh abrasive polish on plated jewelry, it will wear away the surface plating.

Gemstone Reminders

Different gemstones have different hardness levels. Avoid hard knocks and drops, which may lead to chips or cracks. Check gemstone prongs from time to time. If you notice loose stones, stop wearing immediately and seek professional jeweler repair service.
